Buffets and the Gastronomic Experiences

First stop: Buffet 101
Location: SM Mall of Asia (near Microtel)
Price: see link below

Our experience/review:
Hmmm.. This is the first buffet restaurant we have tried. In terms of price, sulit naman.

Second stop: Midas Hotel Lunch Buffet
Location: somewhere in Pasay
Price: nabili namin sa Metrodeal at mas mahal sa Buffet 101
Link: to follow

Our experience/review:
The place is very classy and neat; that five star hotel feeling. When we got there, the food are still the breakfast menu. After waiting for a few minutes, finally it's lunch time. We first tried their vegetable salad, then there is this dish called caviche (if i am notmistaken) and i sooo love it. The grill section is the most busy. We enjoyed their grilled fish and shrimp. There are fresh fruits too.Their dessert section however has just a few selection of sweets. Overall, nice experience.

Third stop: Vikings Buffet
Location: somewhere in Pasay, likod ng Mall of Asia
Price: 699 kaming dalawa kasi may birthday promo kami na ini-avail

Our experience/review:
We arrived an hour before lunch time as reminded by Vikings. We almost got disappointed as the receiving staff checked our reservation. The reservation was made through facebook (and a reply was sent to them, a text message was also sent to confirm our reservation) and after checking their list, they said that our names weren't in it. After a few minutes, we were given a table. There are many people waiting outside (those without reservation). There are numerous food selection to choose from. So many that i felt full already just seeing the food. The customers are from various age groups. The dessert section didn't fail us as well as the dimsum and maki section. The grilll section works a bit slow.
