Stressed?
Stress. It's just a state of mind.
Mind. its above all other body organs.
They say that stress has been the leading cause of major diseases in the past five years. Therefore, we focus too much on the stressors of life.
I know just how stress can ruin one's start of the day. I am sure most of us knows this. Everyone of us experiences stress in one form or another; may it be at work, in the family, in one's relationship, or even in casual social dealings.
I may not be the authority in giving advice on stress management, but through my experience, I could say that the best way to handle the stressors is to ignore it. Yes, ignore it. Set it aside and just deal with it when we are ready and emotionally prepared.
But stressors come unexpectedly. In this light, I believe what we can do is simply to breathe in and breathe out (initially). Then we should condition our mind and tell ourselves that this is just one of life's quizzes. I can handle this. If it turns out wrong, manage to smile still. And if turns out right, carry with the smile until new challenges come.
We are the masters of our fates. And so, we are the busters of our own stress. We can make things happen. Believe in the limitless power of our brain and of course, our Creator.
